I am very impressed with the response time of the Central Station operators. Just yesterday my son in law opened my garage to snow blow and within seconds I had a text message indicating that the garage motion sensor went off. Fortunately I assumed it had something to do with snow removal; however, I called home to verify and sure enough I was correct! Phew, what a relief! BC
My siblings and I want to let you know how pleased we are with your Medical Alert Pendant. None of us live locally and when our mother was seriously injured in October, we were at a loss as to how best to address her needs. For many weeks following her accident, she required 24/7 care which we were unable to provide. Thankfully, she was at a residential rehab center at first but once she came home, we had no idea how to preserve her independence.
