The specially trained security operators staff the Central Station 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. They keep an eye on your home and your business so you don't have to. All of the employees pass a thorough back- ground screening, substance abuse testing and a specialized, structured training program.

For the regarded elders and those with medical conditions, the Central Monitoring Station provides fast response whenever a Personal Emergency Medical Alert pendant is activated; an operators’ voice will be heard right over the pendent or if there has been no activity for a subscribed period of time an alert will be sent.
