Ron Mason, President, CEO

Ron began protecting homes in Berkshire County back in 1976 when he and his wife Lyn started out in their home with a business dealing in physical security. Making the move to electronic security, Ron is now the president of the area's premier alarm company. As the leader of a quality team, Ron still personally handles many of the company's client needs. Thus, he remains in touch with the client base as their needs continue to change.

Lyn Mason, Office Assistant

Lyn and Ron have been a team for many years, and have shared the responsibilities of growing a business and raising a family. Now the family is grown, but the business still requires her attention. Lyn performs the clerical duties as well as filling in where ever her help is needed by her team. Lyn may be reached at extension 108 and would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Tom Kelley, General Manager

Tom has been working in the alarm business since 1977, and has been with ALARMS of Berkshire County since 1984. He holds Systems Technicians licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont. As General Manager, Tom oversees all the installations and service performed, coordinating all the day-to-day operational issues that arise. He manages the Customer Solutions department, along with the sales and technical staff working closely with the Design Specialists consulting on the many technical issues that arise daily. Diane Fenn Snyder, Accounting Manager

Diane joined our staff at the end of June 2003. She has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Finance. Diane has a well-rounded background with over 25 years experience in the business world, acting as Office Manager, Purchasing Manager, Staff Accountant and Marketing Director. She is responsible for our accounts receivable and payable, payroll and all areas of finances within the company as well as administrating the Human Resource department. Jill Drummond, Office Manager

Jill is a graduate of Mount Greylock Regional High School and is employed as the Office Manager for ALARMS of Berkshire County. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. With over 25 years experience in the administrative arena, Jill continues to increase her knowledge in leadership, customer relationships and effective communication, bringing this knowledge and experience to her customers. Jeff Hovey, Design Specialist

Jeff has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and has been in sales since 1985. Jeff joined the staff at ALARMS of Berkshire County in 1994 and since then, has brought hundreds of new clients into the ALARMS family. Jeff has a vast knowledge of the alarm business and specializes in designing a customized system to suit your home or business. John B. Bridge, Design Specialist

John has been active in the building industry for over 30 years, including a few years as the Construction Manager for Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity. His experience and knowledge of building practices, to include current municipal and state building codes, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) regulations, allows him to design systems that best suit the needs of your home or business environment.
