Ron Mason, President, CEO

Ron began protecting homes in Berkshire County back in 1976 when he and his wife Lyn started out in their home with a business dealing in physical security. Making the move to electronic security, Ron is now the president of the area's premier alarm company. As the leader of a quality team, Ron still personally handles many of the company's clients needs. Thus, he remains in touch with the client base as their needs continue to change. Lyn and Ron have been a team for many years, and have shared the responsibilities of growing a business and raising a family. Now the family is grown, but the business still needs her attention. Jeff has a Bachelor's Degree Business Economics and has been in sales since 1985. Jeff joined the staff at Alarms of Berkshire County in 1994 and has since then brought hundreds of new clients into the Alarms family. Tom Kelley, General Manager

Tom has been working in the alarm business since 1977, and has been with Alarms of Berkshire County since 1984. He holds Systems Technicians licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont. As General Manager, Tom oversees all the installations and service performed, coordinating all the day-to-day operational issues that arise. He manages the sales department, working closely with the salespeople, consulting on the many technical issues. In addition, Tom is responsible for our Central Monitoring Station, to ensure that you receive prompt and efficient service, every hour of the day. Tom may be reached at extension 104.

Diane Fenn Snyder, Accounting/Office Manager

Diane joined our staff at the end of June 2003. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Finance. Diane has a well-rounded background with over 20 years experience in the business world, acting as Office Manager, Purchasing Manager, Staff Accountant and Marketing Director. She is responsible for our accounts receivable and payable, payroll and all areas of finances within the company as well as administrating the Human Resource area. In addition to all the accounting responsibilities, she sees to it that the office is run as smoothly as possible.
